Mick was awesome when he showed up here. Great, personable guy who listened to everything I had to say even though I have a stutter. I called in as a new customer on a Thursday and got a technician out here by Monday morning. Fast service. I also appreciated how he explained how everything worked and what it would do to protect my home. Phenomenal

Matthew serviced three houses for us today. He was on time, courteous, efficient, knowledgeable, very professional. We have used HTP for several years and have never had a bad experience. Matt is great. He’s been coming out for maybe some years now and he’s very knowledgable and always professional. Always on time. Makes sure to answer any questions I have before he goes. Not afraid of my doggies which is a plus because they are just really big babies. Very happy with my services with HTP because of Matt!

I called Friday afternoon needing someone to remove a Wasp nest. Luckily, I talked to Davis. He was here on Saturday, inspected the problem and sprayed everything. He was very professional and new exactly what was needed. I will definitely use him again.

These people have always been friendly, trustworthy, and excellent at their jobs. We live far in the country and pests are always a problem. I initially called for out of control cockroaches. I haven’t seen any cockroaches since they’ve sprayed my home. They started with a 3-4 month back to back spray, then a quarterly spray to keep pests away. Great value. Great communication. Would highly recommend.

My former exterminators were charging me hand over fist. They were also charging without permission. Not only did this company help me out, I'm paying half, AND they're helping me with my problem. They're sending reports, keeping me in the loop, and I feel a part of the care and not just a paycheck.

Been with this company for a while, but today a new guy named Mick came out to spray my house. He introduced himself in a very well manner & was very thorough with spraying. So far since we've been using their services, we haven't had hardly any pest problems so 10/10 would recommend.
