I also own a business, and they service that as well. Their customer service is top-notch, and their products are excellent. Of course, like with any service industry, things happen from time to time. But whenever I’ve had an issue, I just give them a call, and they resolve it quickly. Matt came and did our quarterly service and the annual check of the Sentricon stations. All the techs that have provided service have been great, but I’m so happy to have Matt back. He’s the best! Michael has been absolutely incredible! He does a fantastic job for me every month and has been my go-to guy for years. Our working relationship started back when I was managing another restaurant, and now that I own my own, he’s still the one I trust for all my pest control needs.

Michael knows I run a clean and well-maintained operation, and I’m incredibly thankful to have him as part of my team to help keep it that way. If I ever had an issue, I would have taken it to the owner of HTP—but I’ve never needed to. Their service has always been top-notch.

I had a wonderful experience with HTP Termite and Pest Control. Everyone was professional and they were prompt with scheduling my service, to have my house sprayed for pest. Brett was very knowledgeable, thorough, and polite. He went over and beyond with explaining things to me and helping to resolve the issues I had at my house with regard to pest and prevention. My former exterminators were charging me hand over fist. They were also charging without permission. Not only did this company help me out, I'm paying half, AND they're helping me with my problem. They're sending reports, keeping me in the loop, and I feel a part of the care and not just a paycheck.
