HTP Termite & Pest Control

HTP technician made a thorough inspection. He asked if there were any specific problems we had noticed. He inspected and sprayed throughly both inside and out. He was professional and very courteous. HTP has serviced our property since 1969 and taken care of our insect and pest needs.

I’ve been a customer of HTP for years now, and I can confidently say they are one of those rare companies that truly care about their customers and their work.

I also own a business, and they service that as well. Their customer service is top-notch, and their products are excellent. Of course, like with any service industry, things happen from time to time. But whenever I’ve had an issue, I just give them a call, and they resolve it quickly. That’s just the nature of the bug industry—stuff happens, but it’s how they handle it that matters.

Mick serviced our property today for the first time and we would highly recommend him and his company HTP Termite & Pest Control Service. He treated our property for Carpenter Bees, Mosquitoes, Termites & Pests. He was VERY thorough. He answered all my husband’s questions very knowledgeably & in detail. He arrived on time, even calling ahead to let me know he was on his way.

When he found out we had a dog he made sure to inform my husband to keep our pet in the house at least two hours after he completed spraying. We appreciate that he was cautious of our pet.

HTP has been good to work with. Austin came out and did a thorough inspection, showed us pictures, and clearly explained what was going on and the treatment needed without feeling like a sales pitch. He was prompt in answering questions that we thought of even after he had left. Scheduling may be my only complaint because it took a little longer than I'd like to actually know when a technician would come out but once that was squared away, Mic came and installed the system. He was very professional and again took the time to explain everything and answer questions.

We are out of state and own my late father's house. Everyone at HTP was courteous, understood our unique situation, and professional. Our technician, Rob spoke with me on the phone before performing the treatment, so he knew what I wanted and what my concerns were. Top notch. Thank you.

Hayden was very thorough, knowledgeable and professional. I was grateful that he still came to my house and sprayed despite me having to pick up my son from school and it caused a delay in spraying inside the house as a result. He was positive and patient. Hayden also gave me good advice on how to try to handle the issue with two swallows that are trying to build a nest at my front door. I would recommend HTP to anyone who needs pest control.

Great service! Matt is always really good and thorough with his job!! He is willing to listen and address issues and help!! He is always funny and engaging!! He is the best!! He deserves a raise!!!!!!!!! I always like to see him coming because he is very knowledgeable!!!

We are new to the area and found HTP online. We called to inquire about price and services. We received a response immediately and our new home was treated in 2 days. Davis Taylor was our technician and he was amazing! He explained everything he was doing and why in detail and even walked my property with me and showed me things to look for and avoid to control the ants. He really took his time and did not rush. Also Mr. Taylor was extremely personable, almost felt like family by the time he left.

Mick was excellent! He communicated clearly from the moment he scheduled his arrival through every step of the assessment process. He listened to my concerns, offered helpful feedback on preventative measures, and explained additional services—like termite prevention—that I hadn’t considered. He was friendly, courteous, and professional throughout.

Mick did a wonderful job today. He was very thorough in explaining the chemical used to me, as well as spraying every inch, inside and out, that was much needed and where I asked. I highly recommend HTP for any pesty needs! From the moment I called, they were very pleasant to work with. Response time was great and they worked with me on servicing my needs in a very timely manner without pressing them for time. Unfortunately, due to the known name Servall, I called them first but had a bad experience that led me to HTP instead. I say everything happens for a reason. I believe it could be so that I would find a better company and be able to share that great experience with others.
