Matt has been performing our pest control for the past several months. He is always very professional, friendly and thorough with his work. He always ensures all of our questions and concerns are addressed. I would highly recommend him to any of your customers.

My former exterminators were charging me hand over fist. They were also charging without permission. Not only did this company help me out, I'm paying half, AND they're helping me with my problem. They're sending reports, keeping me in the loop, and I feel a part of the care and not just a paycheck.

Having Jon out for my yearly Sentricon inspection feels a bit like catching up with an old friend—if that friend brings his own tools and makes sure the house is termite free.

We have been a customer since we moved back to TN. Every person we've dealt with over the years has been great! Never disappointed with the knowledge and professionalism. Shout out to Matt. Professional and courteous. Very knowledgeable and answered all my questions.

Matt is great. He knows his job and does it the same way every time and makes sure you're satisfied. I know I can trust him and his work. If I'm not here and my grandfather is sleeping, he will check with me to see if I want him to lock the door when he leaves. He is a great worker for sure. One more thing whatever they use works wonders.

Michael has been absolutely incredible! He does a fantastic job for me every month and has been my go-to guy for years. Our working relationship started back when I was managing another restaurant, and now that I own my own, he’s still the one I trust for all my pest control needs.

Michael knows I run a clean and well-maintained operation, and I’m incredibly thankful to have him as part of my team to help keep it that way. If I ever had an issue, I would have taken it to the owner of HTP—but I’ve never needed to. Their service has always been top-notch.

He was very nice and polite. He was very informative about what he was going to do and knowledgeable. After he was finished he then told us what he found while spraying. I am sure he is an asset to your business. Employees like him make me glad we do business with your company.

Just had an awesome experience with Davis, who came out and explained everything about pest control that I wanted to know. He definitely went above and beyond and I’m so glad I choose this service. I am very satisfied !!! Say No to the bug life !!!

Mick did a wonderful job today. He was very thorough in explaining the chemical used to me, as well as spraying every inch, inside and out, that was much needed and where I asked. Rob from HTP Termite and Pest was professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable. He quickly found and treated three hornet nests (including a large one under my back porch that I hadn’t even noticed). He answered all my questions thoroughly and gave me helpful tips on how to prevent pests in the future. I’m very grateful for his work and the excellent way he represented HTP. Their pricing is also very reasonable. I highly recommend them!

I’m on a schedule with them now, which brings the cost down even less, versus a one only service.

I signed up with the plan today because I had a pest problem with southern yellow jackets and Mr. Davis came out. He told me all about their plan and program I became a member and he was polite, very professional, and they killed all of the yellow jackets we are highly allergic, and I had no idea that they had made a nest on the front porch as we do not go out that door very much. I am very grateful that they came out to handle my problem. I called this morning they came out this afternoon. I could not be more happy with the service.

Hayden has been servicing our property for quite some time. He’s very informative, great with our family pet, and always super professional. Today he had a helper/trainee perhaps, Hayden is definitely the person I would want training my employees. We never have any bugs, spiders, or ants in our house. HTP and Hayden are top notch in our eyes.
