HTP Termite & Pest Control

I didn't get a chance to meet our tech, but we were notified that he was on his way, just as we requested. He was here within the time we were told. Quick, efficient. I won't know how happy I really am until we don't see red wasps this year. Each of the past 2 or 3 years you've sprayed, we have not had them. Such a relief. I don't expect to this year, either! Thank you :-)

Really appreciate how HTP sends notifications using three types of communication, for an upcoming appointment by e-mail, phone call and text.

Mr. Matt Vison does a very professional and thorough inspection in a friendly manner. He ensures he finds ALL the termite bait stations and that they are in good working order. This gentleman should be awarded a pay raise every year as he is the type of professional a company/business needs to retain for their work force.

He was very respectful even while an Aussie was barking her head off at him! He completed the outside and I told him to skip the inside this time because I forgot yall were coming in time to kennel the dog. He told me to call if I wanted him to return later. Great job!

Matt is prompt, professional and extremely detailed during his service visits. Not only is service great, but my dog about jumps all over him and licks him and wants to play all the time. He’s super understanding and patient about it and is so good with him.

Genuinely the kindest, most thorough company. Mr. Davis was a very old school down to earth, get it done right the first time kind of person. HTP genuinely cares about their customers and views them as people and not just profit. He was always available for questions at all times of the day and kept me in the loop the entire time. 10/10 recommend HTP and Mr Davis. Mick did a wonderful job today. He was very thorough in explaining the chemical used to me, as well as spraying every inch, inside and out, that was much needed and where I asked. We had a wonderful experience with HTP pest control. They have come out to do a few treatments on our home. They are extremely polite, kind, and care about the work they do. Davis and Micheal took the time to speak with us and answer all questions we have. It was quick and easy to get ahold of the company and quick to get service. This company always delivers, and the service is excellent. Gives a good heads up when they will be here, and show when expected. Even living out in the country, they work well to keep the creepy crawlies away!! Highly recommend, and you won’t regret it.

Davis is very professional and courteous. Did a very thorough job. HTP is an outstanding company that always does the job completely even if they have to come back a second time. I have never had any of my request s questioned. And they charge very fair prices for their services.

Mick was awesome when he showed up here. Great, personable guy who listened to everything I had to say even though I have a stutter. I called in as a new customer on a Thursday and got a technician out here by Monday morning. Fast service.
