HTP Termite & Pest Control

We moved into our home 6 months ago and have experienced a bug issue primarily in the kitchen from the beginning. The technician was absolutely amazing to work with. From the initial call he was kind and ready to solve our issue asap! Once he completed the first treatment, he explained his findings and how to best proceed with eliminating the problem. He was thorough and reassuring that he could help us. We will definitely tell our friends and family about HTP.

These people have always been friendly, trustworthy, and excellent at their jobs. We live far in the country and pests are always a problem. I initially called for out of control cockroaches. I haven’t seen any cockroaches since they’ve sprayed my home. They started with a 3-4 month back to back spray, then a quarterly spray to keep pests away. Great value. Great communication. Would highly recommend.

HTP technician made a thorough inspection. He asked if there were any specific problems we had noticed. He inspected and sprayed throughly both inside and out. He was professional and very courteous. HTP has serviced our property since 1969 and taken care of our insect and pest needs.

HTP has been good to work with. Austin came out and did a thorough inspection, showed us pictures, and clearly explained what was going on and the treatment needed without feeling like a sales pitch. He was prompt in answering questions that we thought of even after he had left. Scheduling may be my only complaint because it took a little longer than I'd like to actually know when a technician would come out but once that was squared away, Mic came and installed the system. He was very professional and again took the time to explain everything and answer questions.

Matt is great. He’s been coming out for maybe some years now and he’s very knowledgable and always professional. Always on time. Makes sure to answer any questions I have before he goes. Not afraid of my doggies which is a plus because they are just really big babies. Very happy with my services with HTP because of Matt!

I had a wonderful experience with HTP Termite and Pest Control. Everyone was professional and they were prompt with scheduling my service, to have my house sprayed for pest. Brett was very knowledgeable, thorough, and polite. He went over and beyond with explaining things to me and helping to resolve the issues I had at my house with regard to pest and prevention. Hayden was very thorough, knowledgeable and professional. I was grateful that he still came to my house and sprayed despite me having to pick up my son from school and it caused a delay in spraying inside the house as a result. He was positive and patient. Hayden also gave me good advice on how to try to handle the issue with two swallows that are trying to build a nest at my front door. I would recommend HTP to anyone who needs pest control.

Hayden at HTP is an excellent tech! Kind, courteous, and knowledgeable. And their spider treatment has worked so well! We've tried other pest services, but none has worked this well.
