Having Jon out for my yearly Sentricon inspection feels a bit like catching up with an old friend—if that friend brings his own tools and makes sure the house is termite free.

Genuinely the kindest, most thorough company. Mr. Davis was a very old school down to earth, get it done right the first time kind of person. HTP genuinely cares about their customers and views them as people and not just profit. He was always available for questions at all times of the day and kept me in the loop the entire time. 10/10 recommend HTP and Mr Davis. They will be our go to person for anything that may arise in the future. Also definitely worth your dime. $

These people have always been friendly, trustworthy, and excellent at their jobs. We live far in the country and pests are always a problem. I initially called for out of control cockroaches. I haven’t seen any cockroaches since they’ve sprayed my home. They started with a 3-4 month back to back spray, then a quarterly spray to keep pests away. Great value. Great communication. Would highly recommend.

We are new to the area and found HTP online. We called to inquire about price and services. We received a response immediately and our new home was treated in 2 days. Davis Taylor was our technician and he was amazing! He explained everything he was doing and why in detail and even walked my property with me and showed me things to look for and avoid to control the ants. He really took his time and did not rush. Also Mr. Taylor was extremely personable, almost felt like family by the time he left.

Michael is always so professional and always so friendly and kind. He is a hard worker and gets the job done efficiently and effectively. We never have to worry about sharing our offices with any 2, 4, or 8 legged creature here at Blankenship Heating and Cooling!

I signed up with the plan today because I had a pest problem with southern yellow jackets and Mr. Davis came out. He told me all about their plan and program I became a member and he was polite, very professional, and they killed all of the yellow jackets we are highly allergic, and I had no idea that they had made a nest on the front porch as we do not go out that door very much. I am very grateful that they came out to handle my problem. I called this morning they came out this afternoon. I could not be more happy with the service.

Lee came out, and worked his magic. Found everything he needed to, lined the fix for those he couldn’t, and cleaned out the termite traps from the yearly muck. Companies are good, but people make the company. Lee has earned my business, and will continue to do so. I have no doubt.

HTP is the best pest control company I found that services my area. This company has the best customer service and very fair prices when compared to other companies. You will not regret subscribing to their services. I spoke to a representative named Clint when I called to inquire about prices, he will take good care of you.

The man who did the visit was very nice and professional. The price for the contract was the lowest I found. It is now 5 days past the original visit and I am still seeing roaches. So I'm disappointed in that. Whether it will get better? I truly hope!

HTP performed mold remediation and termite prevention services for me. They provided very friendly service and were reasonable with their pricing. They also provided excellent service in a prompt and professional manner. I highly recommend HTP.

Mick serviced our property today for the first time and we would highly recommend him and his company HTP Termite & Pest Control Service. He treated our property for Carpenter Bees, Mosquitoes, Termites & Pests. He was VERY thorough. He answered all my husband’s questions very knowledgeably & in detail. He arrived on time, even calling ahead to let me know he was on his way.

When he found out we had a dog he made sure to inform my husband to keep our pet in the house at least two hours after he completed spraying. We appreciate that he was cautious of our pet.
