The techs that came out were really knowledgeable, helpful in answering any questions I had, and were really friendly. The price was fair as well. I’ll definitely be using HTP for any issues they provide services for on our home-owning journey.

Very satisfied with their service! Micheal has been awesome and timely. We have seen SIGNIFICANTLY less spiders. After the first service we didn’t see any for at least 2-3 weeks, and as soon as we started finding them again HTP came back out within a week and sprayed again! They are awesome!

Hayden is an outstanding employee. Friendly, Knowledgeable, and incredible customer service. I was curious what was in the termite bait stations, as Hayden serviced them he showed me and explained it all. Even hold me about studies done at the university of Florida on termite baits. A++

Really appreciate how HTP sends notifications using three types of communication, for an upcoming appointment by e-mail, phone call and text.

Mr. Matt Vison does a very professional and thorough inspection in a friendly manner. He ensures he finds ALL the termite bait stations and that they are in good working order. This gentleman should be awarded a pay raise every year as he is the type of professional a company/business needs to retain for their work force.

Michael has been absolutely incredible! He does a fantastic job for me every month and has been my go-to guy for years. Our working relationship started back when I was managing another restaurant, and now that I own my own, he’s still the one I trust for all my pest control needs.

Michael knows I run a clean and well-maintained operation, and I’m incredibly thankful to have him as part of my team to help keep it that way. If I ever had an issue, I would have taken it to the owner of HTP—but I’ve never needed to. Their service has always been top-notch.
